how can he "guarantee" what decision a "JUDGE" will make? huh? you guys are implicating sharp in very serious ways with all those tweets about what he has tweeted and what he is saying and what he meant by his tweets. and why exactly is he tweeting about a public company that he does not represent but is trying to take over? what could possibly be the reason for him to publicly tweet what he has to shareholders and the trading public?
