Nope, you thinking the wrong way. If the price goes up too fast too soon there will be added shares to the OS and stockholders will not get as much as when you wait a few extra weeks. Holding down the pps is a good thing.

At this point GRST is worth around $0.025 (55mil dollar) but when you get there now the OS will also run up and that money will have gone to the debt and warrant holders not the shareholders.

I rather wait a few more weeks and have 0.025 with 2.2bil OS than 0.02 with 2.75bil OS.
