Are you saying George Sharps Twitter account was hacked? I thing he would have let everyone know. The filing is in NV SOS, it specifically says RETC is SEC delinquent, in default. The same lawyer is listed as GVSI. GS posted a copy of the filing as well on Twitter. This is no rumor.
