Those would all be good reasons to expect a decline.

May I ask, If just one of those three were to reverse, which would you view as most beneficial?

Slightly Increased Sales/Demand. Converse of severe decline. Above 0 net change.
Reduction/Elimination of Debt or Reduction in OS (similar effect IMO)
New CEO
