And PLUG is Partnering with another NY State company, BAE Systems i Endicott NY.

This is a result of the Governor, add likely the Senate Majority Leader Schumer, planning this with PLUG.

And in a related announcement last June (2020), BAE Systems landed a contract for Green Systems for NYC buses:

NYC is the largest user of buses in thecountry.
