if this had a few hundred million os Id agree...however any pump will be met with millions of RB's dumping...this is finished until the Reverse split.......and I believe that will happen within months... they are just about maxed out of AS...imho anyone who can get out at th e.015 range will do well in comparison to what's coming...... do you DD especially on the filings

PCTL has made me money, lots of it. The OTC. It's all about timing.
As for timing, PCTL is at a sweet price. Buy before 10-Q comes out.
