That is a good question, how would FLR track several post snapshot moves.

In my case, I only moved from CB to nexo, and 1 move from nexo to uphold and back to nexo. Maybe as a condition of the drop, a participating exchange/bank simply indicates what your total xrp balance is there and the snapshot is matched only dropping the snapshot total and not subsequent xrp purchases.
