I'm surprised that sushi is so sub par here on the east coast. You'd think it would be better... sad... I've eaten many places, truly disappointed with food around here... can't believe what passes for good here. I've been where you can stop at any random local joint and get good food 8 out of 10 times...seriously, NYC has to be the worst at tossing a dart and get rewarded not to mention it's over priced which just adds insult to injury..
