Good point, without us knowing all the circumstances for the transition I think it's premature for me make any judgement calls at the moment. But as you briefly mentioned, one comment that was important for me is the fact Michael Kozole mentioned "Mr. Healy has offered his continued support as we move forward". I know this is sometimes just a generic term or statement generally used in a transition but it is good to know that Paul Healy with all his knowledge/connections will still be there for Tmmi if needed. He is a walking rolodex, more than anyone Tmmi has ever had in my humble opinion.

One of Healy's skillsets is acquisitions....
Perhaps they'll use him for that.... And
the way this is playing out,
new ownership might be a blessing....
It's finding the right company, if
acquisition is the thought,
this time!!!!

His time with TMMI,
he did nothing!!!!
