This law suit will keep next CEO on track. Even if there is no good outcome from the lawsuit.
Ppl saying it’s bcoz of Covid-19 have no clue. The CEO clearly didn’t care about the investors. He made so many forward looking statements and couldn’t keep up for one or another reason. He was trying to get quick rich with this company but shoot his own food by not listening to experienced investors. The institutional investors don’t play games like retail investors. Anshu made a bad move when he went against his biggest institutional investor. Rest is a history.
The company needs a credit line to grow and until we get that.. this ain’t going anywhere. He will not get any financial help with cooked up books. They were thinking to uplist so they can get better financing but didn’t work very well.
Load once you hear about credit line or any financing until then it’s a dead bird.
