Yeah, sure, the scammer is going to admit to the scam. Happens all the time.
The 8K's were fake, there's no such thing as a company in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and being liquidated popping up with new management and a new corporation in another state. That's pure hogwash.
The scammers must have a lot of stock to sell. The grey sheets are a pickle with no market makers nor published bids/asks. Everybody will be flying completely blind.
