So still badgering officials with emails to pump your penny stock. Cool. How's that been working out for you? Have you considered the fact that these emails are filtered through a personal assistant first? Have you considered the other fact that these people get hundreds to thousands of emails A DAY. No, seems these facts have not been weighed. Probably should weigh them.
