Dilution is of no concern at this point in the current history of the company, ie... coming out of bankruptcy. That pile of shares is available to the company to bring in national talent with major contacts and for other expenditures we can't even fathom yet plus.. they don't even have to come to us investors begging for us to approve a raise through a new stock issue! That's brilliant. It is actually very smart business.
Forget dilution for now. It's in our favor, part of the strategy. It's not dilution in the truest sense, look at it as available capital for expansion and much more. It's smart business.
