Winning Brands is in negotiation for the acquisition of the intellectual and physical assets of a technology company. Winning Brands has received approval from contingent backers for such an acquisition. The following overview respects the confidential nature of present negotiations by not yet revealing the identity of the negotiation partner. However, because the discussions are sufficiently advanced, and the contingent financial backing exists, management can now refer to this initiative in order to illustrate the “success catalyst” principle of VISION 21.
