anybody buying retc after that is truly lacking brain cells. but 20 billion would make sense since the $15 mil in convertible debt is at .0004 and .0005 right now. lol sharp thought the authorized was 2 billion. that is hilarious! he is trying to take over a completely indebted and insolvent company that has insurmountable debt. i don't know why the company hasn't filed bk. retc is a true buyer beware. 20 billion authorized. 18 bill available to unleash!
