there are a growing number of people who have tagged the sec about the ticker and volume and the tweets surrounding the volume and pps movement. won't be surprised to see them take action here. retc seems to be nothing more than a massive coordinated pump and dump by using a custodianship request for a company that already has active management. the sec should be tagged about the ceo's 8k too, because it suspiciously preceded sharp's tweet by only a day. neither of those communications are a coincidence to me.
