Exactly!! The good is NOT guaranteed ... Biden has to sell the plan/Bill, Congress has to PASS the Bill .... thus the huge risk, especially with GOP trying to do infrastructure redux. Our best would be that Biden gets everything he asks for at the stated price. (SIRC rises really fast) Our worst would be nothing gets done (SIRC moves much slowly towards profitability) Either scenario SIRC is still a great investment.. IMO
