Sometimes, uplisting gives a boost. Other times, like VRUS, they fail to file their fins on time, and OTCM drops them back to pink with no fanfare. So, yes, it MIGHT be good for NSAV, but it depends on continuing to meet the requirements, both in share price, and the other requirements.
