The 8K is dated 8 Days ago April 22nd! .. 16B shares traded since puts this maxed out.. they also cannot enact 2 RS in the same calendar year.. plus it would have t be submitted to Finra for approval which has yet t be done if it even occurs

If anything they told you we will be maxed soon. And why?.....

As they mention in the PR SL & CD are converting their preferred shares into commons. " As a result of conversions of shares of Series M Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock and shares of Series N Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock of Rennova Health,..."

Are they loading or not?

Further the process which they haven't started to amend AS or initiate RS should take 1-2 months to execute but we will be maxed in days

NO RS will be allowed for a while. The only option he will have is to increase the AS, but we are still a long way from there.
