What are the "NEXT Calvi" and "NEXT Harami" meat substitutes for yakiniku?
"NEXT Calvi" and "NEXT Harami" are the world's first fake meat for grilled meat, which was born after more than 100 trials for nearly three years. It is 100% vegetable and made just like meat without using additives, so it is perfect for those who want to live a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the texture and flavor.

Compared to general yakiniku, it has less than half the fat and about twice as much protein (estimated about 32g per 100g), making it a very nutritious product and popular with athletes.

"NEXT Calvi" has a fragrant taste that looks like a humble rib, and "NEXT Harami" has a soft texture and a juicy and delicious finish.

About SDGs Food Tech Venture "Next Meets"
Based on the philosophy of "not ending the earth," we will carry out business to contribute to solving the climate change problem by reducing excessive livestock production by using meat substitutes.
Two co-founders started research in 2017 and incorporated it in June 2020 when the product was completed. In January 2021, it was listed on the OTCBB under the SPAC scheme in the US market, and is currently expanding not only in Japan but also in nine overseas countries such as Taiwan and Vietnam.
The world's first fake meat "NEXT Yakiniku" series, 100% vegetable bowl "NEXT rice bowl", and chicken-type alternative meat "NEXT chicken" have been released so far.
It became a hot topic on TV programs such as "Gacchiri Monday !!" and SNS, and the number of enthusiastic fans increased rapidly, especially among young people who are highly interested in environmental issues. In December of last year, Toyota Tsusho, a general trading company, announced a basic partnership agreement. This month, it became a hot topic with the launch of Japan's first TV commercial for meat substitutes.
At the R & D Center, we have started research and development of a wide range of alternative proteins, not limited to soybeans, and our mission is to replace all meats around the world by 2050.
