Now the court filings are just a script. And the part that plainly spells out what wasn't included in the sale is all lies . LMFAO and what part about THEY all resigned and left pwc in charge is hard to comprehend ? So THEY have no control over any patents

Completely ignoring the court records isn't a good way to "stick with common sense and facts." They didn't keep any of the patents. Each and every one foisted up here as some sort of "evidence" because it has BioAmber's name on it has been debunked. What would a dead company with zero employees and no assets do with a patent anyway?

I guess you haven't read the list of patents now owned by LCY huh? It's all listed... Or that LCY owns the trade name "Bioamber"...?....no huh ?
