Why don't you buy a giant warehouse nobody wants on the cheap on the outskirts of town and load it up, floor to ceiling, with lumber?

Maybe I should sell short lumber company stocks and sell the lumber futures contracts.

Every day, more babies are born. The mommies and the daddies want them to do well in life. A lot of times, though, it's only the mommy who is left to raise the baby, sad to say. Times many babies.

Still, the hope is there.

I will leave it up the macroeconomists to determine the minimum income, globally speaking, you understand, as to what income is necessary to achieve a middleclass life.

When you reach the middleclass anywhere on this planet's economy, you can pay income taxes and still have enough to qualify for the loan and the payments for the next 15 to 30 years.

A stand alone house is made up of raw materials, that is to say, what comes from Mama Nature. This stuff used to make the houses sure doesn't fall from the sky.
