This is hilarious - all the SEC has to do is file a Motion to Dismiss - but instead they filed a Motion to extend the Statue of limitations which was granted - the only reason for doing this is for criminal prosecution.

"I think the sec will be happy to get out of this without egg on their face. They don't have much of a case, that's why it's taking them years to proceed."

I have read hundreds of SEC complaints and this one is a strong as any I have seen.

The SEC couldn't care less what OTC investors think - if they didn't have a very strong case they never would have filed the complaint against Deitsch.

If the case is so weak why didn't the Judge grant the Deitsch Motion to Dismiss - another major fact over looked.

The SEC will ban Deitsch and he will be removed as the CEO.

Let me guess you believe it is good business practices for Deitsch to manipulate the price.

That is as serious as it gets with the SEC - and Deitsch was busted not once but twice for price manipulation.

The level of incompetence Deitsch has shown is unmatched on the OTC - 19 years as the CEO and it is still a sub-penny stock.

LOL..... this indicates otherwise.

DECLARATION re68 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment against Defendants Nutra Pharma Corporation and Erik Deitsch - Declaration of Elizabeth Baier by Securities and Exchange Commission (Greenwood, Lee)
Att: 1 Ex. 1 - 2015 Offering Chart,
Att: 2 Ex. 2 - 2015 Unregistered Issuances,
Att: 3 Ex. 3 - Deitsch Personal Trading Chart

FWIW... when You combine that with the statute of limitations being waved by the judge......

It ain't weak. ric can try to keep fighting it, but IMHOBOTAF ...he's toast

ric will be lucky if his new fall wardrobe isn't all orange.

All this is...In MY Humble Opinion Based On The Available Facts.

I agree. The constant stalling and asking for more time while a part of their case was thrown out against nphc. just embarrassing. I believe their case is weak at best. Soon it will be 3 years.

The more nphc succeeds on any front, the worse it looks for the sec.
