Hartman mentions in one of the early PRs he took the best parts of Premier Biomedical and those prior business relationships and used them to form the structure of Halberd Corp.

So why hasn't Hartman expanded Premier Biomedical and sell products through retail and online establishments? Looks to me they are rebrand products that Hartman is trying to sell just like the Vita Shield Max which is going to be a rebrand vitamin that you can go to Walmart and purchase off shelf stuff to do the same. Just a scam.

And what does that say about him. Hartless took a ticker with potential and plenty of shares and ran it into the ground, then hit the road. All the while, there were plenty of investors who were so excited about all the great humanitarian potential, that they forked over money, time & time again.
When he does it again, at least it won't be a surprise.
But some, will be shocked I'm quite sure.
