Asking for support to a complete BS scenario LOL. None of this will ever come to fruition. BioAmber is long since gone and coming up on 3 years since the liquidation occurred and BioAmber’s fate was sealed.
No company is merging with or doing any business with former BioAmber. Those shares will sit there worthless in former BioAmber shareholders accounts forever.
Next year at this time there will still be nothing going on with BioAmber or the worthless shares. Companies do not come back from liquidation to pay their former shareholders a windfall

Mitsubishi Chemical did not show up in the SISP and make a bid on the shares at all. Conclusively, they do not want the shares.

It is not even close to the prior dozen or so fairytales. Showing up out of the blue with totally fabricated BS years after the close of the bankruptcy is hard to support. But im sure there are a few that will believe anything . Maybe get back to us when it is mysteriously tracking the dead worthless cusip.
