Believe it or not, months ago we got information that members of this board actively tried to derail the deal by harassing DAK.
My letter was short, respectful, and under the circumstances, totally warranted. Larry made extravagant promises about what would happen this week. And nothing happened. Larry making promises and then not delivering?!? Quell Horror! So what else is new?
But the point has now passed where can ask each other to keep the faith, keep on waiting, one more week. Larry himself made this do or die time. I believe there is a deal but whether there is or not, it is unacceptable for him to ignore the fact that he has broken his promise and left us dangling.
You go to penny land with the CEOs you have, not the CEOs you wish you had. If I have to do Larry's job for him and get important company information to investors, I will.
