.9 cents = 9/10ths of 1 cent which MUST be LES THAN 1 cent. YOU are correct on the MATHEMATICS on this. But, in my opinion, you really should be holding for 90 cents. It’ll get there by summer, in my opinion. Patience and strong hands will be rewarded.
