Yes, originally the story was that they expected to file the 10-K in the normal extension period.

With two days to go to that deadline, April 13, the story changed to

Don’t know exactly when it will file, will pop on when I have more guidance.

Then after the deadline has been missed, on April 16 per your linked tweet, the story changes to

we didn’t expect the 10k to be filed by 4/15

, like it's all casual and everyone knew all along.

Isn't that the kind of crap that run-of-the-mill scumbag OTC CEO's do? Think long and hard about that.
