They don't want it as a shell in my opinion.
I think it will be theirs and think that is their intention all along.
I haven't seen any agreement thus far as the Dreamit X3 being a product to be sold under the ticker APYP by its self.
I think they will be changing the ticker symbol as well.

I base that from the news that Violette is CEO somewhere else. Just my thinking about the events.

Because they aren't doing a R/S, the short term looks fine. The long term will be an issue with all those shares outstanding with more to come.
