Yes, based on that it was an assumption by most shareholders UNVC would be NASDAQ by March 30 but it did not happen. Doc was well aware most assumed this and if not the case he had plenty of time to provide better information but chose not to, leaving the assumption based on his comments as factual.
Instead it became another missed timeline provided by doc himself. Has any timeline he provided been accurate? Has any been even close?
Based on past experience of doc and his misinformation, we have no idea if UNVC is close to anything or if they ever will be
