Every company that must file with the S.E.C., and that includes all stocks listed on the bulletin board, "must keep their contact open" with their shareholders. In the case I mentioned earlier, they not only returned telephone calls and e-mails that shareholders sent, but that company was given 30 days to answer all the complaints this person filed not only with the S.E.C. , but to the person who filed the complaint also. The complaint was dropped once the company came out of its shell and started responding to its stockholders. Did anyone on this board ever get that far????
