Got involved at Newgioco and damn near wrecked that company. That is how they got that one small casino in Montana. That was a Newgioco (now ELYS) deal that only ended up benefitting MCLD. If you look at the state if the two companies now it is obvious who knows how to run a company and who knows how to sell shares.
Prime, looks like they are bringing in some help. Seems to me like they wanted more industrial expertise heading up their N.A. operations and O'neil will now be focused solely on the building segment globally.
