The Company may even be restricted from saying anything per the terms of their contract. It isn't that material. ADC has been a customer for awhile and it was reasonable to expect Avid was the manufacturer. They typically have to get customer approval before saying something, as usually the innovator does not like to talk about who its manufacturer partner is, especially in a tight market.
