So what happened was, AFTER this article came out the company became insolvent and had to sell its assets to the highest bidder.

Guessing he didn’t know the inner workings or poor financial health of BioAmber as a few short months later it all went downhill.
BioAmber sure was an anchor dragging its creditors to the bottom and ultimately going bankrupt, filing for CCAA protection and finally being liquidated for $4.34 mil paid at closing
