ASRE($1.60)...expecting forward split soon......

I picked up a few more shares of ASRE this week. Outside of the tightly-held shares available for trading (72K), from an overall structural/fundamental perspective ASRE is fairly unattractive. But I think a pop/spike into the $2-5 range would seem achievable given that low unrestricted share count.

ASRE should be getting pretty close to its 3:1 forward split appearing........

On June 3, 2021, the Board of Directors and the consenting stockholder adopted and approved a resolution to effect a forward stock split of all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock of Astra Energy Inc. at a ratio of three for one (3:1), or three (3) new shares of Common Stock for each one (1) share of Common Stock owned (the "Forward Split"). Under Rule 14c-2, promulgated pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Forward split shall be effective twenty (20) days after this Information Statement is mailed to stockholders of Astra Energy Inc, which date we anticipate to be on or about July 29, 2021.
