You may have the WRONG cusip number for them in your portfolio (I did) and she will give you the correct one. You'll have to get it changed with your broker and also ask them how to get them tradable.

Actually, the shares were delivered in 2017, but they were and still are restricted, meaning they can't be sold. They were supposed to come off restriction 12/2017 - 6 months.
