You can get task manager to register 100% CPU load by running almost anything. For example, a simple script that runs a stable set of instructions in a tight loop would load 100% in task manager, but it won't mean the CPU is doing anything useful.
I hate having to repeat myself, but a demo running an actual workload - ANY workload - would have been better than showing task manager.
