Yes of course FDA approval is important . But in OTC land PPS goes up on speculation and Updates . The PPS will see a nice rise on pink current status! Will see another rise on name change and another on uplist and then a another rise with commencement of Phase 3! IMO we could see $1 plus in the next 60 days!
