What I’ve been reading is that everything is effected. Basically custodian stocks that are not current would trade on gray market until they are brought current. That’s the way I understand it. OTCM has a memo out that says all financials should be submitted by June 30th to give OTCM time to review prior to end of September.
If that’s correct, the. we’ll be able to trade, it’s just a pain and feels like pissing in the wind trying to hit a bucket several feet away.
