I looked at the link as well and didn't see anything about an agreement between ATVI and WDDD, regarding deeper Discovery. It stands to reason that if they actually agreed to something then why did the Magistrate find it necessary to deny WDDDs request? If WDDD agreed to a concession/admission by ATVI, it is likely that WDDD would simply withdraw their request. No reason for ATVI to give up anything AFTER the Court's ruling denying the request. Absent any proof, it is my opinion that it is wishful thinking or speculation as to the referenced agreement.
Although, the PPS is almost .50 now, yielding a $500K market value, there are a few who amassed the million plus shares in the teens, thereby having an investment of approximately $150K. Still a big investment (in a penny stock). Some take $$ off the table and others let it ride. Others have sold into the highs only to buy back later and are playing with house $$. A lot of different strategies here. Hopefully, everyone is successful.
