what news are you referring to that is due from January?
When they ( Todd and SleepX) first started to communicate about the merger with SleepX then they were cautioned either by legal counsel or the state of South Dakota about not publishing details of the merger for 60 days after the shareholder vote was to take place.
They have however been updating where they are in that process from time to time.

I assume you also think the binding agreement they announced between CEOs to transfer the voting block is BS too.
Also, you must assume that the CEO from Sleep-X is also a scammer since he's in on this as well. One big conspiracy between these companies I guess huh? Time will tell...I'm betting this is legit enough at least to get us over $.01 in the near future if not higher. If you think it's not, then you can short (which you probably are already doing)
