Maybe they need an airplane to transport all the preferred e converted shares. Just saying. Lol.

A Cruisair could not pack that much weight. We are talking about a fabric covered airplane with wood wings that has not been in production sense the late 1950's and only has three seats. This airplane might be able to carry a bag of M&Ms but not a load of convertible shares.
