Well hell yes he did that. They get shares at .0017 and can sell at .10 and above. Who wouldn't want to do that? It is the ultimate golden ticket.
Those 35 M shares at .10 are worth $3.5 M.
The fact that management did a deal like this is criminal and a direct affront and FU to every shareholder in this stock.
Once you or anyone is out of this stock I would never look back because I promise you they will be doing a RS within a year with all the convertible debt that have with shares at .002 or lower.
This company is a clown show. Invest in some GOOD companies and you will see the difference. Those that care about shareholders and those that don't. (like UNQL)
