My fear is that eventually this will trickle down below those earning a million a year. You can only tax the rich so far. I also fear the inheritance tax proposals. Many small business owners and farmers will not be allowed to pass their farm and businesses to their kids if the inheritance tax is based on stepped up cost basis. Won't affect me much unless the inheritance limits drop as dramatically as Warren is proposing. It will affect some of my farming relatives especially nephews and nieces.

$400K is based on total household income so if you make $200K and your wife makes $200K you’re screwed.

If your ABML position is in a taxable brokerage account, why not hold until LT Cap gains kick in? You can withdraw $80K/yr with no tax implications.
