First it was "Philippines will never want Leronlimab".. then "ok well it's only one patient".. then "the prez didn't get Leronlimab".. then "ok but that's only two people" ..then "ok well it's only 28 more patients".. then "ok well you can't sell it"..then "ok you can sell it but they're to poor they can't afford it" now it's "well ok but nobody cares about Philippines
