When “purchasing” shares the change in share count goes up not down by 145% as the form reported.
If this was a literal purchase as professed, please explain the negative change in share count. The reality is, the transaction reported the exchange of shares for warrants.
"IF" it were a purchase, then app. $11,000,000 has been added to our LESS than $28,000 (as of last 10Q) cash & cash equivalents line! Isn't that FANTASTIC?
