Regardless of what happens, I think it is safe to say that management of this company is not your or any shareholders friend.
As I mentioned I am in two other companies where management is your friend and both did financing deals ABOVE, in these cases well above, the current share price. They looked out for the shareholder.
Management here did the opposite. I would never trust these guys again.
