The $50 million is from Fife, who CYDY has been borrowing from for the last 1-2 years. This is not a new, exciting, high-speed Wall Street firm as NP sold it in the video. This is Fife, who is making millions upon millions on these dilutive loans. Do they find CYDY operations? Absolutely, but they are costly and paid with stock, not cash.
