They will have till sometime in September to get everything together with the new rule. If not they get the boot like an other OTC not in compliance.

I've seen penny stocks come under scrutiny by the SEC before and bounce back from the greys. Pretty sure we all have. Not saying that will happen here i don't know. But if it does that might bring another wave to ride.
