Probably they wanted to dump in that price range but waited as they were afraid if they sell too much in that area it will take the price down without more volume. So the volume surge gave them the out they needed.
I am also guessing that some traders and flippers got in at .10 or so and they took this opp on a Friday to take some profits. No problem there.
Good volume overall though and soon these prices will be left behind once the N & S change happens and the news flow starts.
They WILL BE kicking themselves though because when this climbs toward a dollar and much higher soon, they will be saying "why did I sell"?
